Fee Schedule:
For a half-day (3 hour mediation): 2 parties: $800
Each additional party: $250
For a full day mediation: 2 parties: $1,700
Each additional party: $250
HST is payable on all rates. Rates include all preparation time, but do not include room rental fees, telephone and/or meal charges, if any.
Cancellation Policy:
Mediations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the mediation will not be charged.
Mediations cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 14 days, prior to mediation will be charged half the fee.
Mediations cancelled 14 days or less prior to mediation will be charged full price
